Philip John Nichols is an associate in the Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice at White & Case LLP. Prior to joining White & Case in 2007, Mr. Nichols practiced in the restructuring department of another leading international law firm, where he advised debtors, creditors and other stakeholders in several highly-contested bankruptcy proceedings. He has also advised lenders in creating bankruptcy-remote special-purpose vehicles for securitized mortgage transactions.
