Robert Haak is an Associate in the firm’s Banking & Capital Markets Group and joined the London office of White & Case in May 2007.

Robert joined the firm from a leading commercial law firm in South Africa, having completed his training in their Johannesburg office. He has experience in advising leading public and private companies in South Africa in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate restructuring as well as advising on financial restructuring.
