Practice Experience

Mr. Kelly’s principal area of practice is general commercial litigation. He has been associated with White & Case for more than twenty years and has prosecuted and defended a wide variety of civil lawsuits, including breach of contract claims, product liability claims, breach of fiduciary duty claims, business torts, federal securities law claims, and state and federal antitrust claims. He has also been actively involved in handling commercial arbitrations and administrative proceedings and investigations, including grand jury investigations. Prior to joining White & Case, Mr. Kelly served four years as an Assistant District Attorney for New York County.
