Practice Experience
Richard C. Libert is a member of the Firm's global Executive Compensation, Benefits and Employment Law Practice Group, specializing and advising clients on a wide array of compliance-related issues with respect to tax-qualified employee pension benefit plans and employee welfare benefit plans, along with related ERISA and tax issues. He also serves as Secretary to the Firm's Pension, Savings and Welfare Plans Committee.
