Renata Neeser is an associate in the International Labor and Employment Practice within the Firm’s Executive Compensation, Benefits and Employment Law (ECBEL) practice.

Mrs. Neeser's practice focuses on International Employment Law matters. Mrs. Neeser concentrates on counseling multinational employers on cross-border human resources law issues affecting multiple countries and jurisdictions.

As part of White & Case's global team of employment lawyers, Mrs. Neeser assists multinational clients on cross-border solutions to specific international employment law issues such as:
  • Restructuring and lay-offs for post-M&A transactions
  • Outsourcing
  • Independent contractors vs. employees
  • Use of fixed-term employment agreements
  • Local applicability of global policies
  • International coordination of all employment aspects (e.g., review and negotiation of purchase agreements, transfer of employees from seller to buyer, post-merger integrations) of multinational M&A transactions

Mrs. Neeser has previous employment law experience both in Brazil and in the US, specifically related to HR issues in international mergers and acquisitions due diligences and post-closing employees' integration or separation.

Prior to joining White & Case, Mrs. Neeser was Senior Associate at a major Brazilian law firm based in New York.
