Richard Reilly is a global co-head of the firm's Securitization Group and a member of its Investment Funds Practice.

Rich has an extensive securities practice focusing on domestic and international securitization, structured finance and derivatives transactions and investment fund formation in the United States and Europe. In the asset securitization area, he has represented issuers, arrangers, credit enhancement providers and servicers in a broad range of asset classes including CMBS, RMBS, credit cards, trade receivables, asset-backed commercial paper and catastrophe bonds.

In addition, Mr. Reilly has extensive experience with cash and synthetic CDOs and CLOs.

He regularly represents a number of financial institutions in the United States and Europe including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan, in addition to a variety of investment fund managers, including Babson Capital Europe and Indicus Advisors.
