Rich has an extensive securities practice focusing on domestic and international securitisation, structured finance and derivatives transactions and investment fund formation in the United States and Europe.
He regularly represents a number of financial institutions in the United States and Europe including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan, in addition to a variety of investment fund managers.
