Experience

Deutsche Lufthansa
Advising Deutsche Lufthansa on its €2.1 billion rights issue. The net proceeds were primarily used to repay the silent participation of the Economic Stabilization Fund of the Federal Republic of Germany in the amount of €1.5 billion.

Deutsche Bank AG
Advising Deutsche Bank AG on a strategic, multi-year partnership with Google Cloud aimed at accelerating the bank's transition to cloud services and the co-innovation of new products and services. 

Faurecia
Advised Faurecia S.E., one of the world's largest automotive equipment suppliers, on the launch of a tender offer for HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA and the acquisition of 60 percent of HELLA's shares held by the family shareholder pool resulting in an overall transaction volume of roughly €6.8 billion.

Bundesrepublik Deutschland
Advised the Federal Republic of Germany on the first issue of a €6.5 billion Green Federal Bond.

OfficeCentre GmbH (Staples)
We act as preliminary insolvency administrator for OfficeCentre GmbH, which operates 50 stores nationwide under the brand Staples. With approx. 700 employees, Staples specializes in the sale of office supplies.

Spiele Max
Advising Spiele Max, one of Germany's major retail companies for toys and baby supplies, on its restructuring by way of Protective Shield Proceedings.
