Practice Experience
Robert Weber’s principal areas of practice are corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, and tax law. He advises large and medium-sized companies in major domestic and cross-border transactions, such as mergers, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. Regarding company acquisitions, Mr. Weber is involved in a wide range of corporate and tax law issues.

Mr. Weber has extensive experience in corporate and group law. He advises listed companies in the preparation and implementation of general meetings, with regard to capitalization measures, and on specific issues such as squeeze-out procedures.
 
His clients include listed stock corporations and groups of companies as well as limited liability companies and partnerships. He also assists shareholders in the exercise of their rights and advises members of executive and supervisory boards and managing directors with regard to liability issues.
