Robert Weber advises companies of all legal forms on corporate law matters with a focus on stock corporation and corporate group law including capital markets and tax law issues involved.

His experience comprises structural measures such as mergers, squeeze-outs and affiliation agreements as well as the preparation and execution of shareholders' meetings of listed companies, including corporate litigation in appeal, approval and administrative decision proceedings under stock corporation and corporate reorganization law.

Robert Weber advises companies on corporate acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings as well as managing and supervisory board members and managing directors on corporate governance, compliance and liability issues. He is a member of the DVFA Working Group "Corporate Transaction & Valuation" and author of a great number of publications.
