Practice Experience
Shiva Delrahim is a member of the Firm's financial restructuring and insolvency practice group and focuses her practice on a broad range of business reorganization and restructuring matters, including the representation of debtors, creditors' committees, and institutional creditors.
Prior to joining White & Case, Ms. Delrahim served as law clerk to the Honorable Geraldine Mund of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. She has also worked in the chambers of the Honorables Kathleen Thompson and Ellen Carroll of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. In addition to her regular caseload, Ms. Delrahim allocates her time to Bet Tzedek Legal Services, specifically working with low-income disabled individuals.
