Someera F. Khokhar is an asset finance partner specializing in international asset finance and equipment leasing transactions, with a particular emphasis on the aviation industry.  Her transaction experience includes cross-border leveraged operating lease financings, tax-based leasing structures, secured debt transactions, ECA and Ex-Im Bank supported financings, warehouse facilities, securitizations and pre-delivery financings.  Ms. Khokhar has also been involved in restructuring transactions representing financiers in the United, Delta and Northwest bankruptcies.

Ms. Khokhar has worked on financings involving a wide range of other assets, including railroad rolling stock, mining equipment, and power and telecommunication equipment.

Ms. Khokhar has recently closed transactions involving financings for numerous Latin American airlines.

Ms. Khokhar was previously based in France and England and has also spent six months on secondment at a major English airline.
