Practice Experience

Stefan Mahoney's practice focuses on EC competition law.

Since joining the Brussels office, Stefan has been involved in advising clients on abuse of a dominant position, cartel investigations and merger control work.

From 2003 until 2006, Stefan practised in the international arbitration group in White & Case’s London office, where he specialized in energy and construction matters. In particular, he assisted in UNCITRAL proceedings in respect of disputes arising from a project in South America, as well as ICC proceedings regarding a gas processing facility in North Africa.

Prior to joining White & Case, Stefan worked for another international law firm in London during which he was seconded to the legal department of an international water company based in Paris.
