Practice Experience
Saskia Seeger concentrates on public international law and European law and also on international trade and investment law. She advises companies, governments and industry associations on the interpretation and application of the agreements of the World Trade Organization (WTO), of bilateral and regional free trade agreements and of bilateral investment treaties. Ms Seeger also counsels sovereign and private clients on the current trade negotiations in the WTO and on accessions of states to the WTO. Her sectoral priorities include trade in energy.
Prior to joining White & Case, Ms Seeger worked as a legal clerk in the WTO Unit of the German Mission (Geneva) and at a Munich based law firm. Ms. Seeger is finalizing her PhD studies in public international law.
