Mr. Vainder assists clients with all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, operation, leasing, management, development and finance as well as general corporate matters.  His areas of practice include the planning, developing, financing and sale of residential communities, including golf course and mobile home park redevelopment, hospitality properties and office and industrial parks.
 
He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale contracts, operating agreements, loan documents, condominium declarations and documents, construction and design agreements, management agreements and leases.

Mr. Vainder has participated in and represented owners of large-scale residential communities such as Standard Pacific of South Florida, WCI Communities, Quantum Homes, Carr Residential and Mercedes Homes.  He has also represented major commercial developers such as Stiles Corporation, Codina Group, Flagler Development Group, Sterling Organization and CRT Properties in a broad range of complex office, industrial and retail projects.  Mr. Vainder has acted as counsel to real estate investor clients such as Madison Capital Group, Lexin Capital, Newport Properties, Savitar Realty Advisors and Ashlin Group in equity and debt investments, including conduit and mezzanine financings, and defeasance transactions.  He has also represented institutional lenders, including Regions Bank, Banco Santander, Great Florida Bank and Northern Trust Bank, in real estate financing and restructuring matters.

Mr. Vainder is certified as a LEED® Accredited Professional by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).  As a LEED® AP, he possesses a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles and counsels clients who either voluntarily or by virtue of local, state or federal requirements seek to design, construct or renovate utilizing green or sustainable building practices.

From 1996-2004, Mr. Vainder served as a Legal Research and Writing Instructor at the University of Miami School of Law.  From 2005-2007, Mr. Vainder was an instructor in the Real Property LLM Program at the University of Miami School of Law.
