Susanne Weiss-Reichelt has many years of litigation experience in the areas of banking, corporate and insolvency law. She started her professional career at the law firm Scherzberg & Undritz, one of the basic units of today's Hamburg office of White & Case, in Hamburg in 1989.

Ms. Weiss-Reichelt's practice is focused on advising and representing banks and other credit institutions in all areas of banking law. In particular, her experience handling property fund financing and any litigation resulting therefrom where intricate actual and legal issues are to be solved has to be emphasized.

Furthermore, Ms. Weiss-Reichelt represents clients in proceedings pertaining to matters of corporate law and liquidators in connection with counterclaims in insolvency and debt dispute procedures on insolvency.
