Practice Experience
Thomas Faas specializes in labor and employment law. He advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective labor and employment law.
A main focus of his practice is the legal and strategic preparation and implementation of complex corporate restructuring and personnel adjustment measures. He also gives comprehensive advice on labor and employment law aspects of M&A transactions. Thomas Faas has many years of experience in works constitution and co-determination law as well as insolvency matters relating to labor law. He also frequently represents clients in negotiations with works councils and before all levels of labor jurisdiction throughout Germany.
Prior to joining White & Case in 2007, Thomas Faas worked in the labor and employment law practice of another leading international law firm.
