Practice Experience

Thomas Faas is specialized on labor and employment law. He advises clients on all individual and collective labor law issues.

A main focus of the labor law practice of Mr. Faas is the day-to-day advice of businesses in all individual and collective labor law issues that may arise in connection with business restructurings or staff reduction, including the representation of clients before labor courts throughout Germany.

The labor law expertise of Mr. Faas comprises special experience in the out-of-court and forensic advise of employers in the implementation of new wage structures, especially the so-called ERA (Entgeltrahmenabkommen) in the metal and steel industry.

Mr. Faas has been working as Rechtsanwalt and legal trainee in another leading international law firm before he joined White & Case.
