Mr. LaMacchia advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, capital markets and other corporate transactions.

Mr. LaMacchia’s mergers and acquisitions practice includes both public and private company transactions in the U.S. and internationally. He has also worked extensively with private equity fund clients in the acquisition, disposition and structuring of their investments. Mr. LaMacchia has extensive experience in cross-border transactions and has worked in Tokyo, New York and Hong Kong.
