Practice Experience
Tricia McDoom is a professional support lawyer in the Firm's Structured Finance Practice Group. Prior to becoming a PSL, Tricia was an associate in the Banking and Capital Markets Practice Group in London, concentrating in structured finance and derivatives. Tricia has experience on a broad range of international transactions, including structured derivative products, OTC derivatives, synthetic CDOs and securitisations.
Before joining White & Case in October 2005, Tricia worked in the corporate and international finance department of a leading offshore firm where her experience included structured finance, capital markets, real estate finance, asset finance, investment funds and unit trusts, as well as general corporate matters.
