A licensed Japanese attorney for over 25 years, Mr. Tetsuya Morimoto heads the 14-lawyer strong team of US and Japanese law practitioners that make up White & Case's real estate group in Japan.

Mr. Morimoto regularly provides advice to developers, owners, distressed debt purchasers, private and institutional investors and investment funds and managers in connection with all aspects of real property in Japan. He also actively assists non-Japanese and Japanese clients in purchasing and collecting non-performing loans in Japan.
