He specializes in civil and administrative law, with a special focus on real estate matters, in particular regarding acquisition, commercialization and investment process concerning real estate. He has a wide experience in advising developers, investors and managers of commercial centers and residential investments. Mr. Rzętała has been involved in many transactions regarding acquisition/sale of real estate.

Mr. Rzętała deals with the acquisition of the real estate by foreigners and reprivatization claims in Poland.

Tomasz Rzętała also represents clients in administrative and court proceedings.

Mr. Rzętała has authored a dozen or so articles on real estate issues published in such periodicals as Rzeczpospolita and Gazeta Prawna.

Prior to joining White & Case, he worked at the Warsaw office of a renowned French law firm where he rendered legal advice on construction contracts and other agreements connected with real estate.

Tomasz Rzętała graduated with honors from the Catholic University of Lublin.
