His experience includes senior and mezzanine acquisition and leveraged finance; bridge facilities; receivables securitisations and other structured financings; corporate acquisitions and disposals; distressed debt trading; and other banking, project finance, export credit agency and capital market matters.

He also advises banks and other creditor groups on restructuring or recovering problem loans and on new lendings as well as acting for companies in financial difficulties
