Practice Experience
Tom Oliver Schorling advises both national and international banks as well as other corporations and funds on complex international finance transactions.
Mr. Schorling focuses on advising banks, other creditor groups and investors on the restructuring of complex financings and advises on all insolvency-related matters.
He has broad experience in the field of senior and mezzanine acquisition and leveraged finance; bridge facilities, receivables securitizations and other structured financings. Furthermore he advises on corporate acquisitions and disposals, distressed debt trading, project finance matters and export credit agency.
