Practice Experience
Tom Oliver Schorling advises financial institutions, funds and corporates on national and cross-border finance transactions.
He specializes in acquisition financings and the restructuring of complex financings usually involving several layers of debt including senior and mezzanine facilities as well as bond debt.
He has broad experience in all levels of the capital structure, the securitization of receivables and other structured finance transactions, distressed corporate acquisitions and disposals, non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios, banking regulatory and capital market law.
