Thorsten Winkler advises on all aspects of German and European antitrust law.

He specializes in advising clients on antitrust and abuse of dominance investigations, German and European merger control, and on developing distribution, co-operation and technology transfer agreements.

Prior to joining White & Case, Thorsten Winkler worked for more than two and a half years as a lawyer in the antitrust practice of two German law firms. Thorsten Winkler was also a trainee in the antitrust department of various international law firms in Germany and Brussels.
