Vladislav Ivanov is a member of the Moscow office real estate and corporate teams. He has experience in advising clients on issues of land, construction and corporate law.

His recent experience includes:

advising Russian and foreign investors on acquisition of land and real estate in Moscow, the Moscow Region, Nizhniy Novgorod, Kostroma;
due diligence of companies, land and real estate rights;
drafting contracts on sale of buildings, contracts for transfer of land lease rights; contracts for lease of non-residential premises and for construction works; and
registration of rights to real estate.

Prior to joining White & Case in 2002, Vladislav worked as a lawyer in the Mari Branch of the Moscow Open Social University.
