Yuji Ogiwara, a licensed Japanese attorney (bengoshi) since April 1995, joined White & Case Kandabashi Law Offices in association with White & Case in December 2001. He has worked at San Francisco since September 2004. He is a graduate of the Tokyo University Law Faculty (LL.B.), and the Legal Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan. Prior to joining our office, Mr. Ogiwara worked for a large law office in Tokyo for about six years and at the Shanghai branch of that law office for one year. He has practiced in the field of corporate, commercial, employment, bankruptcy law, intellectual property, M&A, litigation. He speaks Japanese and English, and has some knowledge of Chinese.
