Practice Experience
Yoshiyuki Omori is a licensed Japanese attorney-at-law (Bengoshi). Mr. Omori’s practice has focused on capital markets, regulatory and general corporate matters. Mr. Omori has extensive experience in advising offshore managers with all aspects of their capital raising activities in Japan including registration applications, filings of securities offering etc. Furthermore, he has significant experience in providing compliance advice and setting up financial institutions as well as providing general corporate advice.
Mr. Omori is a graduate of Meiji University and the Legal Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan. In 2010, Mr. Omori graduated from Indiana University Bloomington (LLM) and is a member of New York Bar from 2011.
