東京オフィスの M&A／コーポレート部門のアソシエイトです。主に、企業法務、M&A、ECB、不動産案件を取り扱っています。
ホワイト＆ケースに入所以前には、東証プライム上場企業の管理部門に勤務していました。宅地建物取引士の資格を保有しています。

- Japanese electronics company on its strategic equity investment oversea.
- Foreign crypt company on its 100% acquisition of a Japanese fintech company.
- Foreign IT company on its 100% acquisition of Japan subsidiary of IT security company.
- Providing advisory related to individual labor-management disputes and ECB matters during corporate reorganizations for various companies (both foreign and domestic).
