経歴

東京オフィスのデットファイナンスプラクティスグループに所属するアソシエイトです。

ホワイト&ケース入所以前は、外資系法律事務所の東京オフィスにて勤務し、ファイナンス&プロジェクトグループのアソシエイトとして、国内外の買収ファイナンス、プロジェクトファイナンス、不動産ファイナンス及びメザニンファイナンスの案件を多く手掛けてきました。また、日本国内の銀行の投資部門に出向し、エクイティ投資業務及びメザニンファイナンスに従事した経験を有しています。
