経歴
ホワイト＆ケースのアジア・デットファイナンスおよびリストラクチャリング部門のパートナーです。日本の弁護士資格を有し、東京を拠点に活動しています。レバレッジドファイナンス、買収ファイナンスおよびクロスボーダー・シンジケートローン案件をはじめとするバンキング業務に精通し、金融機関や借入人の代理を務めています。特に、海外から日本国内へのインバウンドのレバレッジドファイナンス取引や日本企業による国外買収の際の買収ファイナンス取引についても、日本の大手銀行など貸し手側の当事者を代理した経験が豊富です。多国間融資契約について政府機関のアドバイサーを務めたほか、金融市場規制その他のファイナンス案件についても助言を行っています。
