Biography
Amedeo Bardelli is an associate in the Milan office, specializing in debt finance, including direct lending, debt issuance, as well as leveraged and acquisition finance. He advises lenders, borrowers, and financial sponsors on financing transactions, including syndicated lending and cross-border leveraged acquisitions.
Prior to joining White & Case, Amedeo practiced in the Banking and Finance department of another major international law firm.
Experience
The Carlyle Group in connection with a private debt financing backing Stirling Square Capital Partners' acquisition of a majority stake in Iconsulting, Italy's leading independent data analytics and artificial intelligence specialist.
Gruppo San Donato S.p.A., a European leading private healthcare provider, in connection with the entry into €720 new senior facilities.
Funds managed by Ares Management Limited in connection with €292 million senior secured floating rate notes issued by Encelado II S.à r.l., a vehicle controlled by Bregal. The transaction includes the issuance of €215 million initial notes, €17 million delay draw notes, and of up to €60 million future capex notes.
