Andreas has extensive experience from, and advises leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies on, a broad range of transactions and high-profile deals including M&A, LBOs, P2Ps, IPOs, complex carve-outs, restructuring, divestments and corporate matters in various industries and sectors.
