Charlotte is an associate in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice, based in Brussels.

Experience

Advising the Luxembourg group Hameur on a partnership agreement with Ardian through which Ardian will take a majority stake in Robot Coupe and Magimix, the food processor and cooking accessories brands. Robot-Coupe has a significant international presence, serving over 7,000 distributors in more than 130 countries, and is renowned for its innovative product portfolio. Magimix operates primarily in France, the UK, and the Netherlands, offering products like food processors, blenders, and coffee machines.
