Overview

Da Sol Choi is an associate in the Milan office and her main areas of practice are Debt Finance, Structure Finance and Capital Markets. Da Sol regularly assists financial institutions, investment funds, corporates, private equity sponsors and alternative debt providers in the context of private placement transactions, domestic and cross-border financings, investment grade and leveraged finance transactions, general corporate finance, acquisition finance and real estate finance transactions.

Prior to joining White & Case in April 2021 Da Sol practiced in the Milan office of another international law firm.

Capital Markets

  • Global Infrastructure Partners in connection with a €450 million investment in secured notes of Superstrada Pedemontana Veneta a 96km greenfield toll road project in the final stages of construction in the Veneto Region of Italy.
  • Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A., as issuer, in connection with the update of its €7 billion EMTN Programme. The Notes issued under the programme will be listed on the Irish Stock Exchange and offered and sold pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act.
  • Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc, as sole arranger and dealer, in connection with the update of AMCO's S.p.A. €6 billion EMTN Programme. The Notes issued under the programme will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and offered and sold pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act.
  • Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur in connection with its dual tranche issuance of €40 million 2.000% notes due 2033 and €50 million 2.500% notes due 2036. The notes have been offered and sold pursuant to Regulation S under the US Securities Act and will be listed on the Euro MTF market of the Irish Stock Exchange.

Debt Finance

  • A pool of banks in connection with a €1.4 billion green loan financing granted to Italo – Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori.
  • Adler Pelzer Group in connection with the financing for the acquisition of a 73.25 percent stake in Germany-listed STS Group from Mutares SE & Co. KGaA, a private equity fund based in Munich, Germany.
