Denisa Trpišovská is an associate of the Prague office and a member of the Capital Markets Practice Group. Denisa joined White & Case in December 2020.
Denisa is a graduate of the Charles University, Faculty of Law. She spent one year of her legal studies at the University of South Wales, School of Law. Following additional two years of English law studies, Denisa obtained a Diploma in English Law and European Law from the British Law Centre based at the University of Cambridge. During her studies, Denisa participated in the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot Competition 2019 as a pleading counsel of the Charles University team, which was awarded as the 20th highest ranked team in global rounds in Miami, Florida, with 6th and 11th best claimants and respondent memorials. With regard to her expertise in international investment law and investment arbitration, Denisa regularly serves as an arbitrator in the national pre-moots of the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot Competition.
Prior to joining White & Case Denisa gained her professional experience in a Corporate and Banking departments of the leading international law firms.
At White & Case, Denisa provides advisory services under the leadership of her senior colleagues in connection with equity and debt capital markets transactions.
