Eerika Halme is a senior associate who advises industrial clients and private equity firms on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions and real estate deals. She supports clients so that they can successfully complete mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and equity investments, often involving multiple jurisdictions. In addition, Eerika advises clients on privacy and data protection law.
Eerika has spent six months on secondment to Sanoma Corporation. Eerika joined the Firm in 2013 after her graduation from law school.
