Eerika Halme advises industrial clients and private equity firms on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions and real estate deals. She supports clients so that they can successfully complete mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and equity investments, often involving multiple jurisdictions. In addition, Eerika advises clients on privacy and data protection law.

Representation of Capgemini SA, one of the largest technology and outsourcing service providers globally, in the acquisition of a digital design and strategy company Idean Enterprises Oy.

Advising Nasdaq Helsinki listed Metso Corporation in its €1 billion partial demerger in which Metso's paper, pulp and power businesses were transferred to a newly-established company, Valmet Corporation. As a part of the transaction, the shares in Valmet were listed on Nasdaq Helsinki.
