Biography

Overview

Grégoire Baudry is an associate in the Real Estate team of our Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice at White & Case.

He specializes in mergers and acquisitions and real estate law (both private and public), as well as in construction, urban planning and environmental law.

Grégoire's practice focuses on the acquisition, disposal, and development of various types of real assets (notably shopping centers, offices, data centers, hotels, housing, logistics, and wind and solar farms). His practice also covers real estate asset management, and he supports clients throughout the development, marketing and management of their assets.

Before joining the Firm in July 2021, he was an intern in several high-profile law firms and listed companies in Paris.

Representation of Cardif, a leading life insurer, on several lease negotiations representing a surface area in excess of 15,000 sq. m. over Q1, and relating to prime assets; such operations notably including the partnership with Louis Vuitton Malletier for the provision of the Etoile du Nord building for its Women’s Fall-Winter 2025 fashion show.
