Overview

Jacob Schtevie is a partner in the Bank Finance group based in the Firm's Chicago office. He represents a variety of banks and other debt investors in connection with leveraged finance transactions, with an emphasis on sponsor-backed LBOs and recapitalizations. Jake's practice includes the negotiation and documentation of a variety of credit facility structures, including senior secured, unsecured, first lien/second lien, senior stretch, unitranche, recurring revenue financings and mezzanine debt investments.
