Overview

Johanne Dubucq is an international law clerk in the Corporate/M&A team of White & Case in New York.

Her practice focuses on both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, as well as corporate reorganizations and general corporate and securities law matters, on behalf of listed and non-listed companies. She also advises clients on disclosure and corporate governance matters.

She has also recently worked on several capital markets and restructuring transactions.

Prior to joining White & Case in October 2021, Johanne acquired experience in M&A departments of several high profile law firms in Paris and at the French Markets Authority (AMF). She was also an assistant professor in Corporate Law at University Paris 2 (Panthéon-Assas).
