Jon Bowden is a Local Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice group.
Jon represents private equity firms and other financial sponsors, together with corporates and banks, on a variety of cross-border private and public M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate finance transactions.
Prior to working in Singapore, Jon spent time working in both Moscow and London, where his experience included advising on a number of UK capital markets transactions, including the FTSE 100 listings of EVRAZ plc, Fresnillo plc and Hochschild Mining plc.
Representation of Saudi Aramco on its potential US$14 billion joint venture with Petronas to develop and finance Petronas's Refinery and Petrochemical Integrated Development (RAPID) in Malaysia.
Representation of GlobalWafers Co. Ltd., a global leader in the manufacture of silicon wafers for the semiconductor industry, in its US$683 million acquisition of SunEdison Semiconductor Limited.
