Overview

Jordan Hill is an associate in the Technology Transactions Practice, within the Firm's Global M&A Group and Global IP Group. Jordan focuses on transactional matters involving the development, acquisition, transfer, and licensing of intellectual property and information technology in a variety of sectors.

Jordan earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh and his Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School, where he served on the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology. Prior to earning his law degree, Jordan worked in various laboratory settings, including clinical and anatomic pathology, and materials science research and development.
