Julia's experience includes advising on US and European domestic and cross-border acquisition finance transactions and general bank lending, acting for banks, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.

Representation of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets Inc., as the sponsor, and RF Merger Sub Inc., as the initial borrower,  in connection with a $150,000,000 term loan facility and a $275,000,000 revolving credit facility in connection with the acquisition of Cincinnati Bell Inc., which is a regional telecommunications service provider based in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Representation of Rotunda Capital Partners LLC, as the sponsor, and Storm Smart Buyer LLC, as the borrower, in connection with a $42,000,000 initial term loan facility and a $5,000,000 revolving credit facility to finance the acquisition of The Smart Companies LLC and its subsidiaries, which serve homeowners and businesses in the U.S., Mexico and the Caribbean as the largest manufacturer and installer of code-approved hurricane protection products including hurricane screens, windows, doors, aluminum shutters and storm panels.

Representation of Peak Rock Capital LLC, as lender, and Capital Finance Administration, LLC, as administrative agent, in connection with a term loan facility of US$48,500,000 provided to Air Pros Solutions, LLC, which is a recognized AC installation and HVAC repair company.
