Overview

Konstantinos Strakas is an associate in the Global Private Equity and Investment Funds Practices in Luxembourg.

He specialises in the field of alternative investment funds, advising investment managers and sponsors on the structuring, establishment and ongoing operations of private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds under the form of regulated or non-regulated vehicles. In addition, he represents professional investors, including pension funds and insurance companies on their global investment programs.

His practice involves also secondary transactions, GP-led restructurings and co-investments, working closely with the banking and finance teams.

Prior to joining White & Case, Konstantinos practiced in the Investment Funds department of a major Luxembourg law firm.
