Maria Cristina Storchi is an Italian qualified lawyer with more than 25 years of experience in the areas of corporate and M&A, private equity, restructuring and capital markets. Her practice focuses on public and private M&A, public tender offers, exchange offers, restructurings, general corporate representation, capital markets matters and privatizations. Salini Impregilo, 2019*
Maria Cristina advised Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. in connection with a €6 billion project launched by Italian listed company Salini Impregilo S.p.A. aimed at strengthening the Italian sector of public works and construction,  as a result of which, inter alia, Salini Impregilo S.p.A. will  acquire a majority stake in Astaldi S.p.A., another Italian listed in the context of its arrangement with creditors (concordato preventivo).

Burgo Group's restructuring, 2019*
Maria Cristina advised Mediobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario, Banco BPM, Pillarstone Italy SPV, Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, Intesa Sanpaolo, S.G.A.
