Overview

Fernanda is a commercial litigation associate based in the Firm's Mexico City office.

Prior to joining White & Case, Fernanda was an associate at a prestigious law firm, where she was able to gain experience in advising large tech and non-tech companies in the protection and defense of their intangible assets, law and technology related matters as well as privacy and personal data protection.

Since 2015, she has specialized in intellectual property issues, such as copyright and trademarks, allowing her to have a broad knowledge of the regulations on the subject as well as the criteria issued by the competent authorities.

Additionally, she is an active member of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI), which enables her to be constantly updated on common practices and reforms to the relevant laws and regulations.
