Overview

Michael Leicht has extensive experience advising clients on complex commercial agreements. A particular focus of his practice is advising on such agreements in the context of cross border carve-out/business separation or business combination type M&A transactions and outsourcings (the later in particular in the financial services sector, including regulatory aspects).

Michael Leicht also frequently advises on non-contentious intellectual property and IT law as well as data privacy law, both in the context of M&A transactions and standalone.
