Natalia is an associate in our Moscow office's energy, infrastructure, project and asset finance group. She has acted on a wide range of financing transactions, including project finance, real estate and development finance and general syndicated secured and unsecured finance involving Russian and international companies, as well as multilaterals. Natalia also advises on a number of legal issues relating to banking, currency regulation, security enforcement and corporate law.
Recently, Natalia completed a six month secondment at a leading European bank in its London office.
