Advised Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan and the other initial purchasers in connection with the offering of €750 million 1.375% guaranteed notes due 2032 by Digital Intrepid Holding B.V., a leading real estate investment trust investing in data centres globally.

Advised Energean PLC in connection with its US$450 million offering of Rule 144A / Reg S high yield senior secured notes due 2027 to support the group's capital structure.

Advised the State of Israel on its quarterly and annual SEC filings.

Advised Next Alt S.à r.l, an entity controlled by Patrick Drahi, the founder and majority shareholder of Altice Europe, a leading European cable, telecommunications and entertainment company – on the financing aspects of its agreement with Altice Europe of an all cash offer valuing the company at €5.7 billion. *

Advised Liberty Global, Virgin Media and O2 on the £5.7 billion-equivalent, bond and loan secured financing in connection with the joint venture combination of O2 and Virgin Media by Liberty Global and Telefonica, creating a company with a value of more than £30 billion. *

Advised Altice France in connection with the financing aspects of its complex multi-part transaction to significantly simplify the Altice group's capital structure, including a €2.1 billion equivalent offering of senior notes and senior secured notes, a multi-tranche exchange offer for €1.4 billion and $1.6 billion of notes issued by Altice Luxembourg and the automatic flip-up of €1.6 billion of senior notes to a new holding company of Altice France. *

Advising BidFair on the financing for its US$3.7 billion acquisition of Sotheby's, which included, among others, a $600 million high yield bond, a $500 million term loan B and a $400 million revolving credit facility. *

Acting for Morgan Stanley and the other initial purchasers in connection with the €600 million offering of senior notes due 2025 by Intrum AB, a leading provider of credit management services and solutions, and the €250 million follow-on offering of senior notes due 2025. *

Advised VodafoneZiggo on their offering and issuance of (i) $500 million 5.125% Senior Notes due 2030 and (ii) €900 million 3.375% Senior Notes due 2030. *

Advised VodafoneZiggo on its debut 'green bonds': €700 million 2.875% Vendor Financing Notes due 2029, that will be issued by an orphan SPV in accordance with VodafoneZiggo's newly established Green Bond Framework. *
