Overview
Peter is a partner in the Firm's Global Debt Finance practice.
Peter advises sponsors, corporates, banks and other non-bank financial institutions and alternative capital providers on a variety of finance transactions including leveraged, investment-grade and real estate financings, refinancings and restructurings, with particular experience in acquisition financing using European and New York-style term loan B, bank/bond and direct lending/unitranche structures.

Peter's experience includes advising the following:
A club of private credit funds on the senior secured financing to support ADIA, CVC Capital Partners and Nordic Capital's offer to acquire leading UK financial services private investment provider Hargreaves Lansdown plc.
OEG Group, an Oaktree portfolio company that provides specialised offshore solutions for the energy industry, on its bridge financing and revolving credit facilities in connection with its debut high-yield issuance.
Partners Group on the refinancing of the bridge loan used by Insight Partners to acquire Kabal Holdings Group, a leading logistics software provider for oil and gas operators.
Pemberton Asset Management on the ongoing financing needs of Vitaldent, an Advent portfolio company.
Blackstone Credit, Sixth Street, Park Square Capital, SMBC and the other term financiers on CVC Capital Partners' acquisition of a majority interest in Sogelink Group, a leading European provider of software solutions for infrastructure, construction and property management professionals.
