Princess is an associate in White & Case's Global Mergers & Acquisitions group in the Firm's Houston office. Princess has represented public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining White & Case, Princess was an associate in the Houston office of another leading global law firm.
Princess graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Houston before graduating from the University of Houston Law Center.

Representation of TotalEnergies Renewables USA in its acquisition from Austin, Texas-based Core Solar, LLC of 4GW of utility-scale solar and energy storage development projects across several U.S. states and power markets.
Representation of ExxonMobil Chemical Company in its US$156 million acquisition of all shares of Materia, Inc., a company focused on manufacturing advanced materials.

Representation of one of the leading US residential solar and storage service providers in the securitization of residential solar systems. The notes are backed by a diverse portfolio of over 20,000 solar rooftop systems distributed across 25 states, Guam, Puerto Rico and Northern Marina Islands.

Representation of one of the leading US residential solar and storage service providers, in the acquisition of a residential solar platform of one of the largest national home construction companies.
