Princess represents public and private companies in domestic and cross-border transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and company formations, across a broad range of industries, including oil and gas and other natural resources, solar energy, technology and healthcare.

Prior to joining White & Case, Princess was an associate in the Houston office of another leading global law firm.
Princess graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Houston before graduating from the University of Houston Law Center.
