Overview

Princess is an associate in White & Case's Global Mergers & Acquisitions group in the Firm's Houston office. Princess represents public and private companies in domestic and cross-border transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and company formations, across a broad range of industries, including oil and gas and other natural resources, solar energy, technology and healthcare.

Prior to joining White & Case, Princess was an associate in the Houston office of another leading global law firm.

Princess graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Houston before graduating from the University of Houston Law Center.

Princess is on the board of directors of the Houston Lawyers Association and serves as Co-Chair on the Scholarships and Awards Committee.

Representation of Tufin Software Technologies Ltd. on its acquisition by Total/River for a total of US $570 million.

Representation of TotalEnergies Renewables USA in its acquisition from Austin, Texas-based Core Solar, LLC of 4GW of utility-scale solar and energy storage development projects across several U.S. states and power markets.
